Our Riesling 2024 off-dry thrives on this interplay:
fruity sweetness meets crisp, vibrant acidity – and it's precisely from this that the typical Mosel lightness emerges, something you can't explain but have to taste.
On the nose, it reveals juicy peach, ripe apple, and a hint of citrus; on the palate, it is invigorating, fresh, and incredibly drinkable, without ever being arbitrary.
The delicate residual sweetness is present but never heavy – it carries the wine instead of dominating it.
