The responsible consumption of alcohol is an important concern for us.
Therefore, we observe the legal provisions of the Youth Protection Act (JuSchG) and take appropriate measures to prevent the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors.

1. Age Restriction for Alcohol Purchase

According to § 9 of the Youth Protection Act, the following applies:

• Beer, wine, and wine-like beverages may not be sold to persons under 16 years of age
• Spirits and beverages containing spirits may not be sold to persons under 18 years of age

In our online shop, alcoholic beverages are exclusively sold to adults.

2. Confirmation of Legal Age

By placing an order, customers confirm that they have reached the legally required minimum age.

We reserve the right to take appropriate measures to verify age in individual cases.

3. Delivery & Handover

Alcoholic beverages are delivered exclusively to adults.

The shipping service provider is authorized to conduct an age check upon handover of the goods.

Should a handover to an adult not be possible, we reserve the right not to execute the delivery.

4. Information in the Online Shop

All alcoholic products are appropriately labeled.

Additionally, a notice will be displayed during the ordering process stating that alcoholic beverages are only sold to adults.

5. Participation in Events

Participation in MOS:L events where alcoholic beverages are served is generally only permitted for adults.

In individual cases, the legal exceptions of the Youth Protection Act apply (e.g., when accompanied by a legal guardian).

6. Responsible Alcohol Consumption

Our offerings stand for enjoyment, quality, and a conscious experience of wine.

We explicitly distance ourselves from excessive alcohol consumption and advocate for responsible use.
